We only guarantee dispatch dates and not delivery dates as postal speeds are something that is outside of our control.  Please ensure when ordering you leave plenty of time for delivery.  We do not give refunds for items that do not arrive in time.  There are options to upgrade turnaround time and/or upgrade delivery at checkout.
